Second Signature: Remedly’s Latest Update

At Remedly, we pay attention to what our customers want and make improvements to our products to meet those needs. We are thrilled to introduce our new feature: the Second Signature in Remedly EHR. 

The Second Signature feature adds an extra layer of accountability and compliance, helping practices meet regulatory standards and improve teamwork. It enables supervising providers to review notes, ensuring that documentation remains accurate and thorough.  

How It Works in Remedly 

Our Second Signature feature is designed for ease and flexibility, fully integrated into Encounter flow: 

• Request of second signature can be added to any encounter note. 
• The second provider receives a notification, reviews the note, and electronically co-signs it. 
• Notes requiring a second signature are marked as 'Pending Co-Signature', so there’s no confusion.
