The AI Assistant, powered by machine learning, analyzes claims after internal scrubbing and predicts whether they will be accepted or rejected by clearinghouses and insurance payers. With "AI Approved" or "AI Declined" labels, this tool provides actionable insights that allow you to address potential issues before submitting claims. What is New in the AI Assistant?

The latest update takes our AI Assistant to the next level by adding tooltip insights for "AI Declined" claims. Now, when viewing claims, hovering over the "AI Declined" label will display possible reasons for the predicted rejection. It is available within the single claim view and in the list of claims.  

This enhancement provides an additional layer of clarity and helps users understand what adjustments need to be made to resolve the issue. For example:  

• Missing or incorrect codes;
• Invalid patient information.
